The current factory produces empty capsules in sizes such as 000#, 00#, 00#B, 0#, 0#EL, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, utilizing advanced printing equipment for custom capsule shell printing based on customer requirements. The size of the capsule is produced according to international standards, excellent filling performance.Wecaps' capsule products and raw materials have obtained DMF registration and certification from the United States FDA. With an annual production capacity exceeding 8 billion capsules, our facilities strictly adhere to GMP standards, featuring a 100,000-level cleanroom meeting D-level requirements. We operate fully automated capsule production lines, equipped with intelligent temperature-controlled storage systems and other production facilities. We expect to build more than 200 fully automatic intelligent capsule production workshops and put them into production in 2027.
